Auras Series I

MRI
THe paining is divided horizontally by bight blocks of yellow and pink. In the center, an abstract human form appears seated, reaching out, arms, legs, and a stream of color on top of the head are magnified and distorted as they reach the edge.

WITH CONTRAST
Canvas drenched in warm, blood red hues, it cascades over a center form, an abstract bouquet of withering roses under a glass cloche.

The form of a woman neck and head are framed like a portrait. The form feels constantly in motion and off balance, shifting and twirling toward the left. It's as if the woman is merging into the swirls and glitches that cover her eyes.
HEMIPLEGIC
A faceless metallic figure at 3/4 length (shoulders and head), details obscured in shadow, drenched in colorful neon light. A bright spot near the top of the head draws the eye.
